If you're looking to climb one of the most legendary peaks in the Bernese alps, this is your programme.  Work your way along, and maybe sit astride, the legendary Mitellegui ridge which separates the Eiger's majestic north face from the south face.  The Eiger was the last great challenge in conquering the alpine north faces and you will see why.  You'll have breathtaking views over the Konkordia Glacier and will take a ride on the highest train in Europe.  If you have already summited the...

Eiger Ascent via the Mitellegui Ridge

With the Matterhorn overlooking our every move, we'll be moving on the border between Switzerland and Italy.  After five days traversing one of the most important massifs in the Alps, we'll finish on Monte Rosa's Dufour Peak (4634m).  On the way there, we'll have climbed 9 emblematic summits each over 4000m.  Castor, Pollux and Liskamm are just some of the peaks whose airy aretes and glaciers we'll be exploring.

Matterhorn Ascent 4478m
